Homemade Granola

Crunchy & Delicious!

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Servings: ½ to ¾ cup granola = 1 serve


1 cup oats

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup unsalted mixed nuts (roughly chopped)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice or a few drops of stevia

2 – 3 tablespoons natural yoghurt or coconut yogurt

½ cup fresh berries

How to make it:

  • Preheat oven to 150°C and line a baking tray with baking paper
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add oil and sweetener and stir
  • Spread mixture evenly on the tray
  • Bake for about 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool
  • Serve with yogurt and fresh berries
