Homemade Granola
Crunchy & Delicious!
Granola

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Servings: ½ to ¾ cup granola = 1 serve
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup unsalted mixed nuts (roughly chopped)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice or a few drops of stevia
2 – 3 tablespoons natural yoghurt or coconut yogurt
½ cup fresh berries
How to make it:
- Preheat oven to 150°C and line a baking tray with baking paper
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add oil and sweetener and stir
- Spread mixture evenly on the tray
- Bake for about 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool
- Serve with yogurt and fresh berries
