Nut Spread on Toast & Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
Toast:
- 1 slice of dark rye bread, toasted
- 1 heaped tablespoon nut spread of choice
- 1⁄4 cup fresh berries
Smoothie:
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 handful spinach
- 1⁄2 cucumber
- 1⁄4 cup fresh berries
- 1⁄2 green apple
- Squeeze of lemon
- A little grated ginger
- A few cups of ice
How to make it:
- Spread nut butter on toast and sprinkle with fresh berries
- Place all smoothie ingredients in a nutrinija, nutribullet or blender
- Blend until desired consistency is reached
