Pure Bounce is a high intensity, low impact cardiovascular class that consists of rebounding on mini trampolines. Set to music with basic choreography, Pure Bounce is 100% unique to PURE – an innovative, fun and energetic workout that is a long time member favourite and unlike anything else in the fitness industry!

Pure Bounce is unique as it offers clients a high intensity cardio workout without the impact. A full body workout – toning legs and glutes, working upper body and as well as strengthening your core. And to top it off it’s FUN! Being swept up in the music and the movements– you don’t even realise how hard you are working!

The Pure Bounce method was developed and trademarked by Pure Health Clubs over 10 years ago and continues to be a hugely popular class attracting all ages and all fitness levels! With the ability to burn up to 600 calories in a single 45-minute session – Bounce is a cardio favourite!

Marina Perry; Pure Health Clubs founder; developed Bounce when she was rehabbing a knee injury and was desperate for some high intensity exercise. Bounce was the perfect solution – absorbing 87% of the shock of exercises such as aerobics or running.
