This class is designed for our new PURE members. Come along, connect with others and learn how to navigate and utilise the strength and cardio equipment competently. This class will cover the strength fundamentals, how to perform a squat with correct technique and how to incorporate different styles of resistance and cardio training to accelerate your results!

PURE ABT: ABS, BUTT & THIGHS.

A 30 minute quickie covering all the bases. A rapid-fire firming for your core and lower body. Pilates-based, beginners welcome.

OPEN FLOOR

A strength- building class that incorporates free weights and resistance machines. This 30 minute session will focus on working the major muscle groups of the body while maintaining correct technique. This class, being for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced will be a great additional workout to any strength, cardio or Pilates class!

PURE FLOW

A flowing class that combines elements of yoga, Pilates, gyrotronics and strength. Dynamic stabilisation, balance, stretching and strength work are the basis for this innovative class.
