The Pure Health Clubs Pure Kids School Holiday Program is about empowering kids to become ‘health smart’ and ‘positively minded’. 

Bestowing upon them the knowledge, understandings and skills to make better choices regarding their bodies, minds and hearts.

It’s about showing kids that healthy can be fun, delicious and easy in a joyful and interactive way.

This is an experiential week of movement, education and inspiration in which kids will learn about nutrition, movement, their bodies and the power of positive perspective.

There are currently limited spaces in our revolutionary Kids School Holiday Wellness Program!

  • The ROLE of our GUT and DIGESTION and how it impacts our health
  • TOP FOODS for superpowers and why
  • Nutrition and healthy eating GUIDELINES (how foods differ, when and why they are each valuable and how to make great choices for a healthy body and mind)
  • A SUPERMARKET TOUR to teach kids how to pick produce and make healthier choices
  • Learn to make simple HEALTHY SNACKS and TREATS (smoothies/protein balls/ice cream)

  • A wide variety of movement methods (including yoga, pilates, bounce, fithoop, HIIT and more – TWO DIFFERENT CLASSES EACH DAY)
  • Learn the BENEFITS to different types of movement and the secret to endless energy

MINDSET

  • Learn mindset and motivation CONCEPTS for HAPPINESS and GOOD HEALTH
  • GOAL and INTENTION SETTING, plus an introduction to mantras and affirmations
  • Exploration of the concepts of PERCEPTION, BELIEFS and EMPOWERED CHOICES
  • SELF awareness, ACCEPTANCE and COMPASSION

Why our kids needs to exercise:

We can go on and on about why kids should exercise, but ultimately its simple. They’ll be healthier and they’ll have a better outlook on life. Exercise = happiness!
