So this month is our way of inviting you and reminding you, of a couple things….
1) Yoga need not be practiced to the exclusion of other movement methods…it can be enjoyed amongst everything else.
2) Yogis are not all super flexible or capable of sitting in lotus meditating for hours on end
3) Yoga can be a strong sweaty workout (seeOm Beats as exhibit A!)
4) Yoga is a brilliant supplement to all the other wonderful classes offered at PURE
5) Yoga is a movement method that offers huge emotional wellbeing benefits such as stress relief, reflection, and higher consciousness.
6) Yoga is non-religious
7) Yoga has as many flavours and styles as an ice cream parlour…taste until you find one you like.
8) There is a yoga style to suit your personality, what you want and what you need…talk to us or… just try them out!!
So this month, my suggestion or rather my challenge to you is TRY SOME YOGA.
Look at all the offering we have on this month and step into a little more Om.
