Don’t waste time sitting on the sidelines waiting for your children to finish their activities – get your own exercise done at the same time!

A fantastic, fun-filled class that will enhance fitness, coordination, flexibility and strength through a combination of tumbling, ball skills, cardio and balance activities. A great class to learn ‘cool tricks’ and get a strong, lean, healthy little body.
An exciting blend of fitness, fun and imaginative play. Movement is explored through storytelling and role play, with children learning dance styles from all genres. Helps develop confidence and imagination.
Lots of dance styles are covered in this fitness-based dance class catering to young bodies and attention spans. A perfect after-school energy burner that will build your child’s co-ordination, rhythm and love of movement.
PURE BOUNCE JNR
Our world-famous, much-loved Bounce class tailored specifically for youngsters. This class builds cardiovascular fitness without placing strain on growing joints. Using individual trampolines, kids will love the fun Bounce moves to music.
A gentle Yoga class for youths. A great after-school class to calm and renew children’s bodies and minds. They’ll learn about their body’s alignment whilst building strength, flexibility, balance and mental clarity.
