WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
It’s best to wear comfortable clothes with plenty of give and stretch. Legging with a singlet is popular with our female clients, and while it assists the instructor if you wear clothes that hug your body, it’s not essential. Closed in shoes are a must for our cardio and weights classes, as well as the equipment area. Yoga socks or bare feet are fine for yoga, pilates and barre classes.
